Homelessness and Incarceration Vaccine Project

The MNEHRC is combining summary data from health systems, with data from the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and publicly available Department of Corrections (DOC) data to understand COVID-19 vaccine coverage among people experiencing homelessness and those impacted by incarceration. This summary data fills a gap in existing public health surveillance systems and can be used to inform a public health response among vulnerable populations to the COVID-19 pandemic in Minnesota.
