The Health Trends Across Communities (HTAC) 2025 data have been updated and are now available through the HTAC Dashboard on the MN EHRC website and the Public Use File.

This release includes several meaningful enhancements designed to improve the usefulness and accuracy of the data, including:
1. Age-filtering to better reflect the true burden of disease for selected health conditions
2. Updates to deliveries, Severe Maternal Morbidity and Vitamin K measures
3. Addition of firearm injury-related data to the dashboard
HTAC is a comprehensive resource containing a vast amount of information. To ensure the highest possible data quality, each release undergoes extensive quality assurance and validation. As we continue to refine and enhance HTAC, we are also strengthening and optimizing our data with every iteration.
While ongoing quality improvement may occasionally identify opportunities for further refinement, these efforts reflect our commitment to delivering the most accurate, reliable, and valuable data resource possible.
In this data release, we have identified the following issues:
- Users may experience problems with clicking on the maps to select certain geographies. While we identify a solution to this issue, please use the Region slicer to select geographies.
- For hemorrhagic stroke, transient ischemic attack, and ischemic stroke, codeset updates in 2025 have increased prevalence. Please use caution with longitudinal analyses using these conditions.
- Due to database updates at multiple contributing sites, firearm injury-related data is only displayed for 2025.
